House of Prayer Hattiesburg Vision
"Then He taught, saying to them, 'Is it not written, My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations'?..." Mark 11:17
The Holy Spirit is orchestrating a worldwide movement, bringing His people into lifestyles of wholeheartedness through globally united worship and intercession. Our vision is to build a place where a community of believers embraces this corporate mandate and chooses a daily lifestyle based upon the Sermon on the Mount (Matt 5-7, Rev 2-3).
We envision a Mission Base including:
* 24/7 Prayer Room
* Community Center
* Equipping Center
* Missions Team Center
* Missionary Housing Center
We operate from 5 foundations:
1. Community Intimacy with God and loving others through the first commandment: Matt 22:37-39
2. Intercession Literal night and day crying out for God's Kingdom to be manifested in every sphere of life: Luke 18:7-8
3. Holiness Joyful holiness as released from confidence in our identity before God: 1 John 4:9
4. Outreach Fulfilling the Great Commission by positioning our lives as an offering to the poor and lost: Matt 9:38
5. Prophetic Prophecy from the counsel of God, resounding an accurate testimony of Jesus Christ: Jer 23:17-22
Our vision is to equip apostolic and prophetic leadership in the grace of the Lord, leading the way for the fullness of God to be manifested in His Church in the last days. This mandate includes God using children as an integral part to establish His purposes. As God brings to fruition these functioning ministries, we will serve as a Base or “Hub” of resource to many geographic areas. We will send missions teams into other regions to help plant other houses of prayer, encourage the Church, and impart apostolic blessing.
The HOP-Hb Mission Base facilitates all appointed ministries to flow from the context of a 24/7 Prayer Room. The Prayer Room is the place where we intimately encounter God's heart, therefore fulfilling our eternal destiny in Bridal priesthood and partnership. We firmly believe in the eschatalogical fullness of the saints - the restoration of the 5-fold ministry and the empowerment of the 9-fold ministry gifts of the Spirit for the edification of all.

We aspire to partner with God in changing of the expression of Christianity in a single generation by operating through the forerunner spirit. We aspire to build a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week Prayer Room to petition God for speedy justice and witness His righteousness released into the earth. We aspire to train and send ministers to help others walk in a spirit of prayer, live awakened to the hour, and lead the way for a culture to passionately pursue wholeheartedness before God in fasting, worship, and intercession.
