Intercessory missionaries are those who have committed to prayer and fasting as the first work of ministry. Their primary function is to maintain a spirit of prayer literally night and day, which dynamically shifts the atmosphere over cities and increases the effectiveness of outreach for the Church. Intercessory missionaries receive financial support through partnering with those who pledge monthly in commitment to what the Lord is doing through global missions efforts.
To donate to an intercessory missionary, make a check or money order payable to “HOP-Hb”. Include a separate piece of paper with the check with the missionary's full name on it. For IRS tax preferences, please do not write the missionary's name anywhere on the check. House of Prayer Hattiesburg Missions Base, as a church missions base organization, has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds. Therefore, all contributions are solicited with this understanding by both the missionary and donor.
