The Signs and Wonders Camp is designed to be a four-day training ground for children ages 7-12. Our prayer for the children while they are at camp is for them to experience the heart of God through the reality of night and day prayer and the mandate of Malachi 4:6. Our mission is to assist and empower the children with an understanding of the ministry of the Holy Spirit and the destiny God has placed on each one of their lives. We long for their hearts to encounter God through small groups, seminars, praise and worship, and just having fun together in Him.
Five Core Training and Teaching Values
Below are the Children's Equipping Center Five Core Training & Teaching Values that uphold our mission to see our children instructed, empowered, and released as young forerunners to live in wholehearted devotion to God.
1. The Knowledge and Love of God
Training young ones who know that they are loved by God will produce young men and women who do great exploits for their God. Children will be encouraged in developing a love for the Word of God and instructed to make it their main tool used in understanding the death, resurrection and second coming of Jesus
2. The Power of the Holy Spirit
Pursuing an Acts 2 outpouring of the Holy Spirit that will be honoring to Jesus and produce a fervent passion in our children to heal the sick, reach the lost, prophesy, raise the dead, and see other children rescued from the snares and traps set before them
3. To Love, Respect, Obey, and Honor Your Parents
Assisting children to live out the realities of Ephesians 5-6 and teaching children to love well through 1 Corinthians 13
4. Foundational Eschatological Truths
Equipping children to boldly declare their hearts as forerunners by deepening their understanding of Jesus' return to the earth to rule and reign as our King. Children will be commissioned to pursue the Holy Spirit’s help to have the discernment needed to know the hour we are living
5. World Wide Worship and Prayer Movement
Teaching Luke 18 realities that will mobilize children to a greater desire to live out their days in a spirit of prayer, praise, power, and the prophetic. Children will learn key principles about enjoyable communion with God as He communicates with them
